  • Overview

    Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales RFP Analyst is responsible for sourcing new Request for Proposal (RFP) bids from prospective customers and managing Arcadia’s RFP response process.   This position will coordinate closely with Sales leadership and all Arcadia lines of business (LOBs) to ensure Arcadia is best positioned to win competitive bids in the marketplace.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily evaluations of posted RFP opportunities to identify those that Arcadia should respond to.
    • Coordinate with the contracting departments at key prospects to ensure Arcadia is listed as a preferred vendor for RFP opportunities.
    • Maintain a list of active RFP opportunities that Arcadia is responding to and develop a methodology for ensuring timely responses to each RFP.
    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline of RFP opportunities in Arcadia’s CRM system (Salesforce.com).
    • Coordinates and collaborates with members of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and/or Engineering, and all LOBs to ensure complete, accurate, and timely responses to all RFPs.
    • Develop RFP response templates to drive scalability and repeatability of Arcadia’s RFP responses.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized RFP response library for Arcadia.
    • Produce content to support individual RFP responses, working with Sales, Marketing, and LOBs to validate the accuracy and alignment of key content with the scope of the RFP.
    • Develop and maintain regular productivity and throughput reporting around the RFP response process.
    • Provide Administrative Support for the RFP process as required.
    • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
    • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

     

    Qualifications

    • 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area,
    • Demonstrated capabilities and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Must possess excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Most possess excellent project management and coordination skills.
    • Strong desire to excel and grow in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
