  • Overview

    Arcadia.io is looking for a Sales Operations Director to support our Sales Operations team. This team leads the effort to improve the effectiveness of our Sales and Customer Success teams and accelerate the company's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for using analysis to generate critical business insights and design Salesforce and other solutions that improve performance. You'll also be responsible for working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of these solutions. From crunching the numbers to influencing your colleagues, our ideal candidate is an experienced sales operations professional with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive significant, measurable improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
    • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
    • Manage and continuously improve sales process management tools via Salesforce
    • Manage, with support from Marketing and Sales Leadership, a small sales development function
    • Lead analytical deep-dives to understand sales drivers and opportunities for performance improvement
    • Design and implement solutions that improve the effectiveness of the Sales and Customer Success teams, including Salesforce processes, training programs, and reporting
    • Lead monthly and quarterly planning for the Sales team as part of the company's planning process
    • Work with VP of Sales to make recommendations for sales compensation plans and partner with CFO to implement them and monitor their effectiveness
    • Ownership and evolution of all team systems – Salesforce, PandaDoc, HubSpot, YesWare, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Located in Boston, preferred, open to remote
    • BA/BS Degree
    • 3+ years in an enterprise sales function in a start-up environment
    • Experience in a Healthcare focused vendor environment
    • Salesforce ADM201 & ADM211 Certifications
    • Excel at analyzing data, understanding trends and generating recommendations for improvement
    • Experience designing, developing, and implementing policies and programs that drive improved sales performance
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of an organization
    • Familiar with the enterprise sales process and SaaS
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy team
