  • Overview

    The Strategic Account Development Representative partners with the Sales Director team to focus on breaking into and growing strategic named accounts. Daily activities include account planning, prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, and supporting the sales cycle. This is a great opportunity to get exposure into Strategic Sales by working with large prospects and customers and by learning from our incredible team of experienced Sales Directors. You will be measured on how effectively you can partner with the Sales Director team in uncovering and creating new opportunities within these large accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the features, benefits and application of Arcadia offering
    • Hunter mentality and sales process management
    • Generate new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, demos and marketing activities of the company
    • Understand competitive landscape
    • Interact with and develop relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
    • Support in creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects in a sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
    • Enterprise companies within assigned territories
    • Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings
    • Achieve sales quota by qualifying top leads

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree
    • 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in software
    • Remote acceptable, Boston location preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accounts
    • Sold to health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
    • Leads potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
    • Experience with Salesforce.com, Yesware or other prospecting automation is a plus
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations
