    This position will be responsible for the management of key business areas associated with product implementation for Arcadia clients. A successful director of technical implementation will be highly motivated by identifying new ways to leverage technology to revamp existing processes and evangelizing novel approaches throughout a team, leading by example to drive down cost, duration, and error rates.

    • Defining Vision, Process, and Tools. You will establish best practices and delivery methodologies that improve scalability, reduce cost, improve client service levels, and achieve compliance with industry standards. Success criterial will include substantial reduction in the manual effort involved in our standard implementation processes.
    • Leading a Team. This position will have ownership of client-facing and internal implementation resources that are associated with implementation, launch, and post launch add-ons for Arcadia’s product suite. You will recruit, build, maintain and manage a team that has full implementation capabilities and a hunger to deliver great software aligned to customer objectives. You will coach and push team to learn new technologies, techniques, and designs.
    • Develop and, where needed, create and build, workforce/capacity planning for implementation and the supporting playbooks, workflows, rules and escalation routes required for success. Define clear roles and responsibilities for all team members and iterate as processes and tools evolve.




    • The ideal candidate is highly disciplined and self-motivated, having experience turning around challenged projects by bringing a passion for designing new approaches and fleshing out creative solutions, inspiring and engaging others through the work.
    • 8+ years leading data-intensive technology engagements in healthcare, ideally focusing on population health and value based care, data aggregation, and interoperability, and including turning around struggling projects. Experience leading teams of 10+ resources and working directly with claims and/or clinical data is a big plus.
    • Demonstrated experience introducing and evolving implementation-related best practices and establishing standardized methodologies including the ability to identify and report on key performance metrics
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience interacting with external and internal customer stakeholders at all management levels including escalation situations.
    • Ability to recruit, motivate, lead, and mentor a team of high performing staff
    • Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment on an independent basis.
