    The Account Management Director is a leader within the implementation and customer success teams, responsible for outlining customer objectives and a roadmap for implementation, leading implementation efforts, and advising customers.

    • Operational Planning and Implementation. Work closely with customer stakeholders to establish trust, understand objectives, and define a vision for implementing Arcadia’s products to advance success in value based care contracts. Drive alignment of resources on your team, other Arcadia teams, and the customer around a single vision of a successful partnership and a plan for its delivery; define scope and an implementation approach and lead a high-performing team technical implementation resources to deliver that vision. Engage internal and customer teams effectively, leading technical problem solving as needed.
    • Relationship Management & Communication. Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customer stakeholders and executives to drive satisfaction and ensure ongoing renewals. Advise the customer based on the programs they design and execute leveraging Arcadia’s products, ensuring the customer derives maximum value. Engage appropriate stakeholders and resources in regular communications and manage expectations to agreed-upon scope and timelines. Work with Arcadia’s Sales and Leadership teams to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint and impact.



    • At least 5 years leading technology engagements in population health and value based care. An extensive understanding of our solutions, our customers’ strategic context, and industry trends will be critical to effectively advising clients as a trusted advisor in leveraging the data asset and platform.
    • Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills, including ability to create powerful materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. and ability to lead successful client meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
    • Experience leading co-located and remote technical implementation teams; strong grasp of systems architecture and ability to deconstruct complex problems & projects into execution detail.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level information technology executives, physicians, executives, leaders and staff at health plans, health systems, and healthcare provider groups.
