    The Director of Channel Management  is responsible all aspects of our strategic partnerships, owning relationship management, growth, and execution in alignment with organization strategy and evolving partner value propositions.

    • Evaluation and Planning. Partner with Arcadia’s Business Development and Leadership teams to evaluate partnership opportunities and develop strategies for establishing and managing highly profitable, high-growth relationships.
    • Operational Planning & Execution. Work closely with Arcadia leadership and partner stakeholders to define a vision for implementing Arcadia’s products and enabling partner organizations, and translate that vision into execution. Drive alignment of resources on your team, other Arcadia teams, and partner teams around a single vision of a successful partnership and a plan for its delivery; lead a high-performing team technical implementation resources focused for channel implementations to deliver that vision, mentoring and recruiting as needed. Engage internal and partner teams effectively, leading technical problem solving as needed.
    • Relationship Management & Communication. Develop and nurture lasting relationships with partner organizations to drive satisfaction among partners and customers and ensure ongoing renewals. Engage appropriate stakeholders and resources in regular communications and manage partner and customer expectations to agreed-upon scope and timelines.
    • Revenue Growth. Work with Arcadia’s Business Development teams to identify targeted revenue growth opportunities within existing indirect channels and partnerships and support sales efforts to drive profitable revenue growth. Coordinate with Strategic Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing programs with indirect channel and partners.



    • At least 8 years leading technology engagements in population health and value based care; consultative sales experience a plus. An extensive understanding of our solutions, our customers’ strategic context, and industry trends will be critical to effectively engaging channel partners.
    • Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills, including ability to create powerful materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. and ability to lead successful client meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
    • Experience leading co-located and remote technical implementation teams; strong grasp of systems architecture and ability to deconstruct complex problems & projects into execution detail.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level information technology executives, physicians, executives, leaders and staff at health plans, health systems, and healthcare provider groups.
