    This position will be on-site for one of our customers located in Danbury, CT 

    Responsibilities

    This resource will work along side population health teams to support the reduction of variation across provider practices, stewardship of clinical data, and management of Arcadia tools. This resource will also provide reporting and analytics support around the following clinical topics, as well as support ah-hoc requests coming from the hospitals population health team.  

     

    • Patient Stratification & Hotspotting
    • Provider Scorecarding
    • Clinical Quality
    • Gaps in Care & Risk Documentation
    • Pre-visit Planning

    Qualifications

    • Must be located in the Danbury/NYC area, 
    • 5-10 years of experience in data analysis in a clinical setting
    • Formal training as a Clinical Informaticist.

     

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related Technical Field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical discipline) and/or 5-10 years years of relevant experience.
