    Responsibilities

    What will you be doing?

    • Work with clients and Arcadians to enable data extraction from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
    • Provide cross functional analytic support to key Arcadia projects/products as needed
    • Diagnose systemic problems and collaborate with clients and other teams to fix these problems.
    • Maintain detailed descriptions of technical processes and problem resolutions.
    • Juggle several technical tasks, working independently to understand and complete your work.
    • Create SQL queries and manage data sets to support ongoing Analytics, Ad-Hoc analytics, and Reporting.
    • Effectively converse with Arcadians with different skill sets as part of a project team.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years as a technical analyst: healthcare industry experience is a plus.
    • Must be able to demonstrate SQL proficiency
    • Experience with another programming language is a plus.
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated analytical and technical proficiency.
    • Ability to understand processes and workflows and follow highly technical written procedures.
    • Proficient with Windows with thorough understanding of concepts such as network shares, permissions, and privilege levels.
    • Comfort with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Knowledge of HIPAA, experience with an EHR or experience in a secure data systems environment is a plus.
    • Strong, professional phone and written communication skills.

     

     Education

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related Technical Field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical discipline) and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
