    • Candidates must be able to understand and/or develop client goals, business strategy, and operational processes. 
    • Candidate must ensure project remains well-aligned with client needs while driving solutions that are consistent with contracted scope.
    • Candidate must be able to communicate and analyze complex business problems and guide internal project teams and client stakeholders in formulating solutions.
    • Candidate must be able to understand the needs of each client stakeholder and communicate effectively with different constituencies internally and externally.
    • Ideal candidate will have a high level of competency  in at least one of the following knowledge domains and have a willingness to learn the others: business analysis, business process management, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, data analysis, application development system design, healthcare claims data, value based care analytics, population health
    • Candidate should understand system processes and system architecture well enough to facilitate a team discussion about the benefits or drawbacks of different solution options.
    • Candidate should be comfortable conducting a cost-benefit analysis when evaluating the appropriate course of action for a project.
    • Candidate must be able to synthesize project information and analysis output in order to provide creative solutions to client issues and balance deliverables across a wide range of clients.=
    • Candidate must have excellent conflict resolution skills and be able to foster collaboration across different parts of a client organization.
    • Candidates must identify and manage issues and risks, and escalate when appropriate.


    • A minimum of 3 years as a project manager, preferably in the healthcare industry leading technology project.
    • Experience managing complex projects with client account required
    • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies
    • Previous management or technology consulting experience required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Conflict management and resolution skills
    • Creative and Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Willingness to jump into dynamic and fast paced work environment
    • Successful candidates will have demonstrated achievement across many projects in premier companies and be confident, assertive, and driven to succeed
